Return Policy

REFUNDS

1.. No refunds will be made on products after October 24th. All refunds will be for store credit only.

2.. Products must be returned within 15 days from the date received by you.

3.. You must notify us by email or call us at 702-682-6677 as soon as possible, explaining which item(s) you want to return and the reason.

4.. The product must be in its original packaging and unused. The product must be returned with a copy of the receipt enclosed in the box. Return shipping is the responsibility of customer.

5.. Refunds do not include shipping charges and a 15% processing fee will be charged on all returned items.
 

EXCHANGES

1.. Products being exchanged for the same item must be returned within 15 days from the date it was received by you.

2.. You must notify us by email or call us at 702-682-6677 as soon as possible, explaining which item you want to exchange and why.

3.. The product must be returned with a copy of the receipt enclosed in the box.
 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive an item damaged during shipping, notify the carrier that you need to file a claim, and then give us a call at 702-682-6677 to let us know.
